Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Used or worn products are not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@willsellitagain.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

All approved returns must be shipped by the buyer, at the buyer’s expense, to our Arizona warehouse. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn products
• Movies, music, and video games
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care products (such as beauty items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
