This is a used phone. It was a customer return. The phone has been wiped of all information and is unlocked from what I can tell. I searched the IMEI and the status on it was good as you can see in the pictures. There is a stock photo as well as photos of the actual phone. This phone does come with a clear smokey silicone case. Please look at all of the photos. I have not tested this phone other than to wipe it so I can not say how it works or sounds compared to newer phones.
